Returns and Exchanges
ESPEROS Return Policy
We accept qualified exchanges and provide store credit for returned items.
We allow returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. After the initial 30 days of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where store credit will not be granted, including:
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your allotment of store credit.
If you are approved, your credit will be processed and it will automatically be applied to your account within 3-5 business days.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com and send your item to: 301 Chicon St. Suite C, Austin, Texas, US, 78702.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Items eligible for exchange will be shipped within 3-5 business days after they have been received and processed.
If the value of your item is higher than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
