Returns & Exchanges – ESPEROS Online Store
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we accept returns for items purchased at our online store for any reason within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item has not been used and is still in the condition that you received it. We offer exchanges and store credits for any return within 30 days.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason for the return. Subject line for the email should be titled "Call Tag Needed". If you have your order number, please include it in the body of the email.
Once we receive your item we will contact you to confirm receipt and process and ship your credit or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges – Retail Store Purchases
If you purchased an ESPEROS product at one of our retail outlets, please contact the retail store where you purchased the item. Your purchase will be subject to the retail store’s return policy.
Limited One-Year Warranty
ESPEROS offers a limited one-year warranty to replace any products found to be defective within the first year, beyond normal wear and tear. The warranty doesn’t apply to damage caused by accidents or normal wear and tear. Please contact us at email@example.com and send a photo and description of the issue you’ve experienced, along with your original purchase receipt.
Suggestions for Care
Items without leather: Machine wash with cold water on gentle cycle. Hang dry.
Items with leather: Spot clean with warm water. Hang dry. For protecting canvas: We recommend using ScotchGuard to prevent light staining
